Her wings were tattered, broken, torn,
Weathered by storms she’d silently borne.
Their feathers were clipped, their strength undone,
Grounded beneath a heavy sun.
But in the darkness, a whisper grew,
A spark of hope, a will to renew.
Her wings mended slowly, piece by piece,
A labor of love, a journey to peace.
She stretched them wide, tested their span,
Felt the wind lift her as only it can.
Her flight was unsteady, her path unsure,
But her spirit soared, steadfast and pure.
Now she glides above the storm’s embrace,
A testament to the trials she faced.
Her wings of resilience carry her high,
A phoenix reborn, touching the sky.
